Clinton Cards has removed from its shelves a card which depicts Batman with a new sidekick called ‘Batty Boy’.
‘Batty Boy’ is shown holding out a limp wrist and exclaiming, “Ooh, love the suit Batsy! Meeow!” The card’s caption reads: ‘Batman wasn’t happy with his new sidekick’.
The high street card retailer has apologised for the mistake.
