Essex and London-based Vie Aesthetics – and great friends of OutNewsGlobal – have won the global award for Aesthetic Practice of the Year at the MyFaceMyBody Awards 2020, as announced via live stream on Saturday 12 December, 2020.

The award is the highest accolade given by the prestigious event, often dubbed the Oscars of the aesthetics industry. It recognises the overall best practice from the four regional winners of USA, Australasia, UK, and Rest of the World.

Earlier in the night, Vie Aesthetics had been declared joint winners of the UK Aesthetic Practice of the Year gong, sponsored by Nutrafol, alongside Myskyn Clinic.

MyFaceMyBody Awards says it celebrates “innovation” and “customer excellence” within a “fast-growing and exciting industry.” Winners are chosen by a panel of expert judges, as well as from public votes.

This recognition marks a triumphant end to the year for Vie Aesthetics, who was recently announced as a multi-category finalist in a number of other upcoming major awards including the AESTHETICS AWARDS, Essex Business Awards and Best Business Women Awards, with winners still TBA.

Despite the vast challenges faced this year, Vie Aesthetics has continued to Support their vast and loyal client base, and indeed, to expand, innovate and lead the way for safe practice in medical aesthetics. In June, it became regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and opened additional new premises in London Harley Street in December 2020 with a further 5-storey clinic being set up in Holborn London.

Over the last 12 months, Vie Aesthetics introduced a number of advanced new treatments including thread-lift for lips, non-surgical bum lift, doctor-assisted weight loss management program, and revolutionary skin remodelling and body contouring procedures, which use ground-breaking radio frequency energy.

Vicky Grammatikopoulou, CEO of Vie Aesthetics, said, “Myself and the team are overjoyed. We know it’s been a tough year for everyone, but we have worked tirelessly to expand our business, introduce the latest treatments, and set the benchmark for safety standards within the industry. For both our clinic and team to be recognised as the world’s best aesthetic clinic of the year – as well as for the UK – it is just such as astonishing honour. We are truly humbled!”
