Following sexual assault allegations made by a masseur earlier this week, John Travolta is now being sued by a second male masseur accusing him of sexual battery and harassment.
Both lawsuits are being handled by the same attorney and include intimate sexual detail of what is alleged to have taken place. Both are seeking $2 million in punitive damages, and in the amended complaint, they are both now suing Travolta for sexual harassment as well.
The second alleged incident is claimed to have taken place at an Atlanta resort. The masseur claims Travolta tried to force him to touch his genitals and tried to ‘grab, rub and caress [the masseur’s] upper thighs and buttocks.’
Travolta’s spokesperson has not yet commented on the second lawsuit.
