The sexual health charity will provide life coaching designed to empower men to take control of their lives, arguing that gay men who lack self-esteem are more likely to misuse drugs and alcohol or take risks with their sexual health.
The workshop will help attendees to set life-changing goals, challenge their inner critics, replace negative beliefs and encourage positive thinking. It will be held at a venue in central London.
Justin Dickson, Groupwork Project Worker at Terrence Higgins Trust, said: “Life coaching is a very exciting addition to our support groups as we know many gay men can suffer from periods of low self-confidence, which creates more long-term problems in their lives.
