Part of Euras Films’ Pieces series, The Smell of Cut Grass is an exciting new film written and directed by Levi Aluade, one of the brightest young film makers working in Britain today. In this interview, Levi and producer Sarue Marafu talk about hetero-splaining, the importance of telling black and queer stories, and getting inspiration from a 13th century poem.
