Buying a property in or near London can really stretch your finances but that doesn’t mean there isn’t some excellent value to be found if you look hard enough.

LONDON

Barratt London – St Pier Court at Upton Gardens, 1 Academy House, Thunderer Street, London, E13 9DP.

St Pier Court will offer 181 new homes, to include studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as one four-bedroom duplex, with first completions expected in September 2021. Barratt London’s iconic Upton Gardens development is transforming the site of the historic old Boleyn Ground in Upton Park. The site will provide 842 new homes, an on-site gym, as well as a concierge service, rooftop terraces, family play areas, open green space, landscaped walkways, public art and a proposed community space and café, forming a close-knit residents’ community.

Barratt London – Poppy Mews and Buttercup Apartments at Millbrook Park, Bittacy Hill, Mill Hill, London, NW7 1BS.

Poppy Mews, a collection of seven new three and four-bedroom townhouses has just launched at Barratt London’s Millbrook Park development, along with Buttercup Apartments, which will offer 18 new one and two-bedroom apartments. Once complete, Barratt London’s new Millbrook Park development will offer one, two, three and four-bedroom homes, including 345 new apartments and 10 new houses, situated in popular Mill Hill, north London.

Part of a growing neighbourhood, residents will also benefit from access to an on-site primary school, brand new parks, a public piazza and the Millbrook Plaza, which will house shops, offices and restaurants. Barratt London – Harp View Apartments at Hendon Waterside, Meadowlark House, Moorhen Drive, Hendon, London, NW9 7QA.

The latest release of new homes at Barratt London’s Hendon Waterside development, Harp View Apartments has recently launched and will include 143 new one and two-bedroom apartments housed in a 20 storey tower, boasting panoramic views on the bank of the Welsh Harp Reservoir. The reservoir is a Site of Special Scientific Interest, where residents can enjoy exploring the surrounding woods, trails and footpaths. KENT.

Fernham Homes: Downsview North, Westerham, nr. Sevenoaks, Kent, TN16 1RY.

Fernham Homes – Boughton Park, Church Street, Boughton Monchelsea, ME17 4HU.

Fernham Homes launched the second phase of its popular Boughton Park development in the historic village of Boughton Monchelsea in Kent.
