llcp_smallLondon LGBT+ Community Pride is today calling on people across London to get involved with planning and delivering Pride in London in 2013. There are just five months to go until the Parade on Saturday 29 June and there are ambitious plans not only for the day itself but for a week-long festival beginning on 25 June.

The group is looking urgently for people who can manage liaison with businesses and residents along the Parade route, in Soho and other festival locations, or who want to work as stewards on the day. They also need designers, performers and fundraisers. Whatever your background and experience, they say that there will be something to do for anyone who wants to be part of this exciting event and develop new skills.

London LGBT+ Community Pride is asking community groups and other LGBT businesses and organisations to run a wide variety of events that will be promoted as part of the Pride Festival. The group is also seeking nominations from for seats on the Community Advisory Board. Nominations close on 21 February.
