Organisers of the London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival have been informed that the festival will definitely be returning next year to the British Film Institute (BFI) on the Southbank.
They are also confident that they will be able to expand upon the 2011 programme. In recent years, the festival has traditionally run for two weeks. However, due to budgetary cutbacks, the 2011 event was shortened to six days, meaning far few films than usual could be screened.
