Police are appealing for witnesses after a 28-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman were attacked by a group of men in Gosport at around 1.30 in the morning on November 5.
The victims were followed along Gordon Road in Gosport, at the junction at Bury Road, the group made homophobic comments to the man before he was attacked, and was kicked and punched.
The 19-year-old woman was racially abused before the pair escaped, the man was left with cuts and bruises, and the woman was unharmed.
One of the men was described as white, with short ginger hair with shaved sides, the second man was white with short, dark, bobbed hair, and the third man had long, dark hair.
The attackers are described to be between 17 and 21 years old.
