signedradiosThe UKs number one gay and lesbian radio station are putting 10 PURE One Flow internet-connected digital radios up for auction today to raise money for World AIDS Day on December 1, 2011.

The radios are going up for auction on eBay, and each one has been signed by a high-profile star, which include George Michael, Gary Barlow, Kelly Rowland, JLS, Paul O’Grady, Stephen Fry, and Steps.

There are more mystery celebrities to be announced in the coming days of the auction.

Robin Crowley, Head of GaydarRadio said: “Each of our PURE radios as been signed by a different celebrity so there should be at least one which appeals to everyone.  All of the money raised from the auction is going directly to the National AIDS Trust.

“We’re urging people to dig deep and show their support for this incredible charity whose work, both on the front line and behind the scenes, has a direct positive impact on the lives of those who are HIV positive in the UK.”

GaydarRadio are also taking part in the ‘Be Aware, Act Aware’ theme of this years World AIDS Day, with a host of activities including, online video messages and testimonials on advice about HIV.
