A school district in Minnesota has become the latest body to suffer a lawsuit, following an accusation of homophobic bullying.
The victims who suffered abuse told the US District Court that they were, “urinated on, stabbed in the neck with pencils and shoved into walls,” amongst many other degrading acts. It has also come to light that some of these attacks were carried out in front of school officials, who told the students to “ignore” what had happened.
The investigation into the claims begun last November and is ongoing.
