Sir Elton John visited Downing Street yesterday to tell the Prime Minister about the work of the star’s charity, The AIDS Foundation.
The Elton John AIDS Foundation was founded in 1992 and has raised over £130 million to help combat HIV/AIDS and provide services for HIV/AIDS sufferers in the UK.
International Development Secretary Andrew Mitchell, who has done work with the foundation, also joined the meeting.
