A documentary which features Ellen Page interviewing a Brazilian police officer who claims to kill gay people will premiere on Viceland in February.

The interview takes place in ‘Gaycation’, Ellen Page’s new documentary series which explores gay life around the world with best friend and documentary partner, Ian Daniel. During the series, Page and Daniel meet opponents of gay equality, including a Brazilian police officer who claims he has, and will continue to kill gay people.

A clip from Gaycation shows Page asking Daniel: “I want to say I’m gay, do you think it’s safe?”

“It was probably one of the more scary, nerve-wracking moments I’ve had,” Page said on the Viceland Panel for the 2016 Television Critics Association winter press tour.

  1. I didn’t have any expectations regarding that title,
but the longer I was amazed. The author did a great job.
I spent a few minutes reading and assessing the facts.
Everything is crystal clear and understandable.
I like posts that fill in your knowledge gaps. This one is of this type.
Moreover, I like the way the writer organized his ideas as well as the visual part.
