A Catholic adoption agency which was refused the right to turn away gay couples has asked for permission to repeat its appeal.
The Charity Commission told Catholic Care earlier this year that it was not allowed to turn prospective gay parents away.
The agency has now lodged a request with the Charity Tribunal asking for its case to be reconsidered.
Benjamin James, the lawyer representing the agency, said he felt the Charity Commission had been guilty of legal errors in the original tribunal.
