The nominees for the 43nd Annual Daytime Emmy Awards were announced on The Talk on Thursday, with Ellen DeGeneres, Judge Judy and Good Morning America being recognised.
The Ellen DeGeneres Show has emerged as the top pick under the Talk Show category. NBC’s most popular show has managed to defeat other programs with 10 nominations this year.
Ellen has been nominated under various categories including Outstanding Talk Show/ Entertainment, Outstanding Musical Performance in a Talk Show/Morning Program and Outstanding Interactive Media- Enhancement.
It has also been confirmed that the awards will not be televised for the second time in three years.
