The Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) and the National Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission (NGLHRC) will on Saturday launch the first gay and lesbian awards.

According to an internal report commissioned by the BBC , lesbian, gay and bisexual (LGB) people were “still relatively invisible” across all media, “especially lesbian women and bisexual people”.
