Sellers Dorsey was selected as the first recipient of Business Integrity Award from Integrity Staffing Solutions and Independence Business Alliance (IBA), Philadelphia’s LGBT chamber of commerce.

IBA and Integrity Staffing Solutions developed the award program as way to honor a local IBA-member business that upholds high standards of behavior towards LGBT customers, suppliers, shareholders, community, and/or employees. Sellers Dorsey was presented with the award by Integrity Staffing Solutions co-founders Todd Bavol and Sean Montgomery at an IBA networking event and annual meeting on June 27th.

The company, which was selected from several nominees, was recognized for its inclusive practices and commitment to integrity, diversity and inclusion within the business community. The firm was also recognized for the work of the Sellers Dorsey Foundation, a private foundation dedicated to improving LGBT health.

Marty Sellers, CEO and Founder of Sellers Dorsey, said “we thank IBA and Integrity Staffing Solutions for developing this new award program and recognizing our contributions.” He added “everyone in our firm is proud to support the local and national LGBT community that has fostered strength within our employees and our organization across the country.”

Zach Wilcha, Executive Director of IBA, congratulated the Integrity Business Award winner and said “based on their hiring practices, management policies, community involvement, philanthropic work, and business reputation, Sellers Dorsey is an outstanding choice for the inaugural presentation of this award and will raise the bar for future winners.”
