sanfrancisoA judge has refused to force the US government to legally entitle the wife of a female court employee to insurance benefits.

The woman, Karen Golinski, married her partner, Amy Cunninghis, in 2008 before the ban on same-sex marriage in California came into force.

She lost her case because the US’s Defense of Marriage Act denies same-sex couples the right to federal benefits.

The verdict was reached despite the fact that Obama announced last week that he would no longer defend the Defense of Marriage Act.

  1. I have mastered some points through your site post. One other subject I would like to state is that there are plenty of games that you can buy which are designed particularly for preschool age kids. They include things like pattern recognition, colors, creatures, and styles. These commonly focus on familiarization instead of memorization. This keeps children occupied without having the experience like they are learning. Thanks
