The much loved RVT panto is back for 2020, with opening night set for 4th December, just after lockdown in England ends.

Pricked is the story of Sleeping Beauty (Grant Cartwright) like you’ve never seen it before. Like many of you reading this, the magical tale features a princess who wants to be a pop star and has had sex with every boy who’s ever wandered into the woods.

A hopelessly privileged Prince (Fia Hamilton-Houston) searching for an independent woman, a raven (Charlie Wood) with identity issues, a frustrated fairy (Faye Reeves) who’s out of practice and was never very good to begin with and of course a villain, the magnificent Maleffluent (Robert McNeilly) who’s as insecure and as attention seeking as she is evil.

Packed with songs and serious laughs, combining all your favourite panto classics delivered in unique socially distanced ways… this is an adult panto like no other.
