What if you’re holding a gun? What if you’re holding a gun and you’re six-years-old? You can’t possibly know that killing someone is forever. Can you?

Directed by Peter Marc Jacobson, author and playwright Rena Brannan  premieres her one-act play at the Hollywood Fringe Festival this month. Mount Vernon is a thought-provoking play about a woman consumed with the murder of her parents who meets a young man at a deserted Washington D.C. airport.

Acclaimed British actress Sophie Ward stars in Mount Vernon which sees the reunion of two people whose lives were changed in an instant.

Directed by Peter Marc Jacobson (The Nanny, Happily Divorced), Sophie Ward (Land Girls, A Village Affair, Young Sherlock Holmes) and Brandon Ruiter (Crisis, Into the Storm) star in a play by Rena Brannan (The Cu*ts, 38th Parallel).
