The single has received 200,000 views on YouTube and reached No.11 in the UK Official Independent single charts.

Performers at the sold out Birmingham Pride Ball, the UK’s largest LGBT black tie event, also included 80s singer and Simon Cowell’s right hand woman, Sinitta, X Factor star Stacey Solomon and BGT finalist Connie Talbot.

The stars performed to 1000 guests at the annual awards ceremony, which raises thousands of pounds for local charities.

In addition to performing, The L Project also received an award for ‘Outstanding Contribution to the LGBT Community.’
