Queer Magic ✨ @poppythewitch Always makes me look and feel like art. This project was about non binary people and makeup. You can spot the whole collection via poppy's instagram and you can support them by buying prints too ❤️ I stopped wearing makeup for years feeling like it was too fem for me. Lately I realised that makeup really has nothing to do with my gender. And can my gender actually be encapsulated by fem or masc? Maybe I'm neither and both. But one thing is sure, makeup can't change who I am. It's another medium. With makeup I can do a painting on my face! It's another extension of my art, and I love to push it further and further with each look. Makeup is really incredible and I have grown to love it so much. Makeup to me Is so queer. I can explore my queerness in the way I can present using makeup. I resent that makeup is often seen as reserved for only certain types of people. If you enjoy it you should be able to wear it. All genders should be able to have the freedom to experiment with makeup. .
