BlaineSpeculation over Blaine’s sexuality has come to an end with Ryan Murphy, the creator of Glee, confirming that Blaine is gay – not, as recent reports have suggested, bisexual.

Murphy confirmed on Perez Hilton’s celebrity gossip site that: “Blaine is NOT bi. He is gay, and will always be gay. I think it’s very important to young kids that they know this character is one of them.”

Those of you who tuned in to watch last night’s episode of Glee will know that Kurt (played by Chris Colfer) – the show’s most openly gay character – may have met his match in preppy songster Blaine (Darren Criss), as well as potential boyfriend material.

Blaine is a student at the prestigious all-boys school Dalton Academy and is head of their glee club, ‘The Warblers’, who are to rival New Directions in future episodes. In last night’s show he was seen performing a barbershop version of Katy Perry’s Teenage Dream, with the rest of The Warblers.

  1. I truly loved that one, since it’s full of interesting facts
and it’s a sort of article. I spent just a few minutes
reading, and due to well-structured text, then I know it completely.
    Thanks!
