When you’re up against the baddies, you either crack the case or you end up…Damaged Goods.

New York City’s oldest professional LGBTQ theater the award winning TOSOS, is preparing with the second full length production of their 2016-2017 season with Virginia Baeta’s Damaged Goods.

Directed by Mark Finley, the production reunites the cast of the 2010 hit show, The Secretaries which was awarded the Overall Excellence Award at Fringe NYC.

Damaged Goods features an all female cast and tells the story of what was supposed to be an easy job: trail the bad girl heiress and report her doings to dubious daddy. But private dick Thomas Sparks finds out the hard way that nothing is what it seems as he’s lured through a lethal labyrinth of love, lies and larceny towards…Celerys?

The cast includes playwright Virginia Baeta as Thomas Sparks and TOSOS favorites Elizabeth Bell, Jamie Heinlein, Karen Stanion, and Casey Weaver.

Mark Finley explains TOSOS decision to bring the production to the stage, saying, “We had a great experience at the HOT! Festival and the response to the performance was really exciting…Sometimes Damaged Goods feels like it could be the grandchild of plays presented at the WOW Cafe, Theater in Limbo or dare I say, the Ridiculous Theater. Those pioneering LGBT artists blazed the trail and we’re proudly carrying on the tradition.”
