We’re just a little bit excited that Ariana Grande has been announced as the headliner for Manchester Pride Live 2019, aren’t you?

The annual event, has today announced its biggest ever line-up, jam-packed with big names.

Grammy and Brit Award winner – and honorary Mancunian – Ariana Grande, is set to headline the LGBTQI charity’s event at Mayfield this August bank holiday weekend.

Rumours have been circulating that Ariana would be the headliner since she fuelled speculation after saying that there was one “special” gig on her Sweetener tour schedule that had been left unannounced.

Finally, the rumours have been confirmed.

Ariana will be joining Years And Years and 80’s duo Bananarama (YASSS) as she performs a selection of songs from her Sweetener world tour, and of course, a few from her new album released earlier this month, “thank u, next”.

Other artists announced today include Chelcee Grimes, Becky Hill, Liberty X, Louisa, Younger, Pixie Lott, Four Of Diamonds and Kim Petras.

You’re not going to want to miss this, people.
